Terms of Service

KI AI Horizons LLC (“KI AI Horizons,” “we,” or “the studio”) is an applied-AI studio. We design, build, and operate custom software and digital deliverables — including automations, AI agents, data pipelines, assistants, dashboards, and toolkits — for business clients. All work is performed against a written scope agreed with the client.

Each engagement begins with a written scope describing the deliverables, estimated costs, and integrations. No build work is performed and no charge is drawn against a client’s balance unless it is described in the signed scope or separately approved by the client. Estimates are made in good faith; material changes are re-scoped and re-approved before work continues.

Clients fund a Service Credit balance that is held against the client account and drawn against deliverables the studio ships on the client’s behalf. Funding amounts are between $25 and $5,000 per transaction. Balances roll forward without expiration.

Each deliverable is itemized on the client dashboard at its agreed scope price. The studio receives no referral commissions, vendor rebates, or other compensation from the third-party platforms used to build the work.

Unused Service Credit balance is refundable in full to the original payment method on written request to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within ten business days. Charges for deliverables already accepted by the client are non-refundable except where the delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed scope.

On payment for a deliverable, ownership of the custom code, prompts, and documentation produced for that deliverable transfers to the client. Third-party platforms, libraries, and services remain subject to their own licenses, and any subscriptions to those services are held and paid for by the client directly.

Credit purchases will appear on client statements as “KI AI HORIZONS.” The line item reads “KI AI Horizons — Service Credit.” Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor; the studio does not store full card numbers.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the data and use cases they bring to an engagement comply with applicable law and any third-party terms. The studio will decline work it cannot deliver and operate responsibly.

We maintain client records under reasonable confidentiality practices. We do not sell client data. We do not release records to third parties without written client consent except as required by law.

Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the unused portion of the client’s balance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for the performance of third-party platforms, models, or services integrated into the work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [—], United States. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before any other proceeding.
