We start with one structured session. We map the workflow you want to fix, the tools it touches, the data it moves, and the outcome you're after. No slide deck — a working conversation that produces a plan.
Within seventy-two hours you receive a written scope: what we'll build, how it integrates, what it costs, and how it draws against your credit balance. You read it. You push back. We refine.

The Scope
Discovery produces a written scope — every system, every deliverable, every estimated cost across the phase. You read it. You push back. You sign it. From that moment on, nothing hits your balance that is not already a line on this document.
Anything outside the scope — a change priced above the original, an urgent fix, a new system mid-phase — pings you for a one-tap approval before we build it. Single charges above $250 always require your tap, even when they are on the scope.

Delivered in working increments
Build & ship
We build against the scope on the platforms you already use. You see progress as working software — a live workflow, a deployed agent, a dashboard you can open — not status updates. We integrate with your stack and hand over the code, prompts, and documentation.
Each charge on your dashboard shows three things: the deliverable it covers, the agreed price, and the 0% platform fee. Nothing is hidden. Nothing is rounded. Nothing is unexpected.

Managed service, reviewed each phase
Operate & review
Once a system is live we keep it running — monitoring, maintenance, and small iterations as your needs shift. Each phase we sit down for a thirty-minute review: what's working, what to extend, what to retire.
Your systems are living software, not one-time projects. We improve them as your business changes.
The economics
Scoped work, drawn from a credit balance.
Each deliverable is priced in the written scope. We add a flat 0% platform fee per item — that is how the studio makes money.
Funding presets: $50 · $100 · $150 · $250. Custom amounts welcome. Credit balance is fully refundable on request.
We do not take referral commissions, vendor rebates, or kickbacks on the tools we build with. The fee on your dashboard is the only money we receive.
