What we collect
We collect the information a client voluntarily provides — name, email, company details, and the context needed to scope and build a system (the workflows, tools, and data involved). Payment information is collected and stored by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
What we do with it
We use client information to scope, build, deliver, and operate the systems we are engaged to produce, to run the client dashboard, to send delivery and reconciliation notices, and to provide support. We do not sell client data. We do not share it with marketing partners.
Subprocessors
We rely on a third-party payment processor (payment processing), Supabase (encrypted record storage), and transactional email providers for client communications. Where an engagement requires it, we may build on AI and infrastructure platforms specified in the scope. Each subprocessor is bound by its own data-handling terms.
Client data in builds
When a system we build processes a client’s data, we access only what that system needs to function, and we build on infrastructure the client controls wherever possible. We do not use client data to train models for other clients.
Client rights
Clients may request a copy of their record, request correction, or request deletion of their account at any time by writing to [email protected].
Cookies
We use functional cookies only — those required for the site to work and for authenticated portal access. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Scope of this policy
KI AI Horizons is an applied-AI studio providing software and digital services to businesses. This policy covers the information we collect to operate that relationship. Where a built system has its own data-handling requirements, those are documented as part of that engagement.
