How the balance works

Fund credits
Add any amount from $25 to $5,000. Most clients fund one phase at a time, sized to the scope we agreed on at discovery.

We ship against the scope
Every deliverable on your written Scope is drawn from your balance at the agreed price, plus a flat 0% platform fee. Nothing off-scope is charged without your one-tap approval.
III
Reconcile at phase close
At the close of each phase we send a one-page reconciliation: scope vs. delivered, line by line. Unused balance rolls forward, or refunds in full on request — no questions.

Your scope quotes the exact amount.
We do not ask you to pick a tier. After discovery we send you one precise number — your scope total, plus the flat 0% platform fee, plus a small buffer for changes. The payment processor receives that amount and nothing else.
Custom amounts welcome between $25 and $5,000.

Refund policy
Your balance is yours.
Unused credit balance is fully refundable on request, in full, with no questions. Email us, and we’ll process the return to your original payment method within five business days.
